2020 UEFA Super Cup got new date and venue.

This year will not pass without exciting events in Budapest. The European Football Association (UEFA) announced that this year's European Super Cup Final will be held at the Puskás Arena in Budapest. The final game between the Champions League winner and the European League winner will take place on 24 September. The original location would have been Porto, but the entire European football calendar has been rewritten because of the corona virus epidemic.

UEFA's decision means that after the final of the 2019 Women's Champions League, another serious UEFA event will arrive to Hungary. UEFA has also decided to organize the remainder of the Champions League from 7 to 23 August. Four clubs have already made it into the top eight, Leipzig, Atletico Madrid, Atalanta and PSG already secured their place in the quarterfinals. In four pairs, rematches couldn’t be held due to the corona virus epidemic, these will take place in August.
