Lángos-burger is the newest sensation in Brooklyn

If you like Hungarian lángos and American hamburger, you will love the so-called lángos-burger!

All of us can see and hear in the media that there are so many fantastic ideas and products in the world. Sometimes after hearing about these things for the first time you can only think: oh my God, this or that is so amazing, why wasn’t I the one who has invented these?

We thought the same when we saw a video on Food Network recently. The short film was about the so-called lángos-burger that unites the Hungarian lángos (deep-fried dough that can be topped with sour cream and cheese) and the American hamburger.

How? Just take the patty, some braised pork meat, sauerkraut and sheep cheese and wrap it in dough. Put it in the frier and it is ready in 2-3 minutes (the light golden colour will show you when it’s time to pull it out of the hot oil).

Watch this video – viewed already more than 15.4 million times – to see how lángos-burger is made.

This treat is a real sensation nowadays in Brooklyn, you can taste it in Korzo restaurant there.
