Do you like travelling in winter? If yes, you might prefer those nice destinations with warmer weather. Yes, these places seem so inviting… Are we right? Well, you might reconsider this year’s travelling plans after checking out Matadornetwork.com’s compilation about the most beautiful destinations of the good old chilly Europe. ;)
They suggest you to discover brilliant winter scenes for example in Hallstatt, Austria, which came first on their list, Plitvice Lakes (second) or Glencoe, Scotland (third). Lapland and the Northern Lights are also unforgettable to explore during this time of the year.
The list also includes our capital, more precisely, the ice rink at City Park: Jorge Gobbi’s photo, ranked 18th on the list, shows us a cloudy winter day at the rink in the ‘chilly, but beautiful Budapest’.
