Luxury village to be built in Hungary

Central Europe’s first luxury resort to be built in Zalacsány.

The 250 million Euro project of Zala Spring Golf Resort is something we definitely can’t just go by. The area faces some serious works to become a 160-hectare luxury village, for wealthy tourists seeking for a perfect and relaxing holiday.

The popular and beautiful golf resort seems to be the ideal location for that, because it is not only the highest quality golf course in the whole region but also quite easy to get there. The popular thermal lake of Hévíz is only a few minutes away, Balaton-Hévíz international airport is also right there, but the area can be reached from three capital cities (Vienna, Zagreb, Budapest) in only two hours by car.

A luxury wellness location

The new holiday village project is planned to include the construction of a five-star hotel, several mansions/villas, shops, a wellness centre, restaurants and cafés, a gym, a pharmacy, a playground, a cultural- and conference centre, sport fields, a lake, recreational areas and other premium services.

This is not only going to be the first luxury village in Hungary, but the first one in all Central Europe.

The village will be open all year round. It will be available for residents (until now, mainly wealthy people from abroad have bought apartments here but there are more and more Hungarians interested, too) but also tourists will have the chance to enjoy the services and the atmosphere of this exclusive community. The resort is expected to serve approximately thousand people.

We don’t know the possible opening time of the luxury village yet (part of the construction works is yet to begin) but we can’t wait to see it when it’s ready. ;)
