Flat screen television, tablets, mp3 players – it’s almost impossible to keep up with the fast technological improvement of the 21st century. At the Radio and Television History Exhibition you have a chance to get a glimpse of what technology meant to our grandmothers.
Just 50 years ago, noone would have thought that you’d be able to watch movies on a device that fits into one hand. Now we can hardly imagine life without smart phones and small mp3 players. You might be surprised to see the devices of the last century. At the Radio and Television History Exhibition, located at Pollack Mihály Square, visitors can learn about the essence behind the objects of public media.

Photos, audios, motion pictures help visitors look into the future and they can try television and radio in the studio as well. In the building of the exhibition hall, there is a Samsung Smart School with the latest technology, where digital trainings and workshops are to be held for students. The pupils will be able to browse the attractions of Hungarian literature and history in the ‘smart school rooms’.
