Hoopps: a reliable and fast alternative in car transportation
Posted by Mia Balogh · Jul 25, 2017

Uber might have been banned in Hungary, but here is a new alternative for an application-based car transportation system.

The Hoopps smartphone application has only been launched a few days ago, but it is quite popular already. For thousands of users, the app offers affordable rides for locals and tourists in Budapest. This is not only a fast opportunity to get from a place to another, but thanks to a digital tourist guide in the cars, it can also give you useful information while travelling.

Hoopps is cheaper than calling a taxi, furthermore, it is reliable, transparent and cash-free: you can pay with your credit card, so there is no cash involved. How to start using it? Just download the application from Google Play or AppStore, and after a short registration, you can call a car. The app is still in test mode but you can already use it.

Did you know?

Hoopps is reported to be committed to environmental protection. The company’s fleet also sports electric cars, and they are planning to operate an entirely e-car fleet in the coming few years.
